The Cape Malay curry is infused with a delicate balance of strong spices and gives a flavour like very few other dishes. It's a deliciously sweet and savoury curry which takes influence from 17th century Indonesian and Indian slaves, who become known as Cape Malays. Our Cape Malay Curry Blend pays tribute to Cape Town's history and is everything you would expect from the foot of Table Mountain.
HOW TO USE THE CAPE MALAY CURRY BLEND
Use 1.5 tablespoons per person, along with chopped tomatoes to create a medium to hot South African inspired curry sauce. Follow our recipe to get the best out of this blend.

What a tasty product, so innovative.
