Originating from the Gujarat region of Western India, the Dhansak Curry became a significant part of Parsi cuisine and is often prepared on special occasions and festivals. It has since become a popular choice in British Indian restaurants because of its beautiful sweet, sour and spicy notes.

 

HOW TO USE THE DHANSAK CURRY BLEND

Use 1.5 tablespoons per person of our Dhansak Curry Blend, along with onion, garlic and passata to create a beautiful sweet, sour and spicy curry sauce. Follow our recipe to get the best out of this blend.
