Found the Great Northern Spice Co recently at a BBQ festival. I tried a sample of steak and asked what the extra flavour was and was pointed in the direction of their stand. Bought this and have just used it as a finishing salt for a steak cooked over live fire. OMG it has totally taken the flavour to the next level!!! An absolute must for steaks and can't wait to use it on other dishes too.
