Meaning 'hot-fry', the much loved Jalfrezi is a curry dish originating in Bengal and is still popular throughout the Indian subcontinent. It consists of a main ingredient such as meat, fish, paneer or vegetables, stir-fried and served in a thick spicy sauce, to which our Jalfrezi Curry Blend is the backbone.
 
HOW TO USE THE JALFREZI CURRY BLEND
Use 1.5 tablespoons per person of our Jalfrezi Curry Blend, along with chopped tomatoes to create an authentic Bengali medium to hot curry sauce. Follow our recipe to get the best out of this blend.
