Originally invented by the Mughal court, the modern day Pasanda stands out from the rest. A mild and creamy curry like a Korma, but better! It has beautiful subtle notes of spice and would normally be cooked with ground almonds (recommended). 

 

HOW TO USE THE PASANDA CURRY BLEND

Use 1 tablespoon per person with natural yogurt, double cream and ground almonds to create a creamy curry. Perfect for those who like a mild curry. Follow our recipe to get the best out of this blend.
