HOW TO USE OUR PINK PEPPERCORN POT 

  • Crush and use in your cooking or to finish dishes.
  • Use whole to add to sauces (these are the best peppercorns for making peppercorn sauce).
  • Works particularly well with fish and seafood like salmon, shrimp, or scallops - either crushed or whole.
  • Add whole peppercorns to drinks like gin-based cocktails for visual appeal and light flavour.

TIP: Grind gently! They are softer than black pepper, so avoid heavy grinding - use a mortar and pestle or crush by hand.
