This blend went down a treat with my family, the boys even asking for seconds.
I cooked down onions and garlic with the spice mix before blending. Fried some tofu and added more of the spice. Needed a little salt and sweetening to taste but the spice blend itself was just right and will no doubt be used up in no time. Also fab work on the design and packaging team. Found at an artisan market in Sale and it was lovely to meet some likeminded makers too.
Followed the instructions on the QR code and it was amazingly simple , so flavoursome with a coconut taste that was fantastic
No sugar in this product but all flavour for a healthy meal.
