INGREDIENTS

HOW TO COOK

  1. Boil the cobs in water for 7 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

  2. While the cobs are boiling, turn on the grill to heat up, or fire up your BBQ.

  3. Cut the corn cobs into quarters using a large knife. Stand the cob upright and cut down the core. Then lay the core down on the board to cut it in half lengthways again.

  4. Lay the pieces on a baking tray. Rub them with our Rosemary & Garlic Olive Oil and scatter over the Southern Fried Seasoning.

  5. Grill until the corn starts to char. The amount of char is up to you! Move the ribs around periodically if they are blackening unevenly due to hot spots.

  6. Alternatively, add your corn ribs to a BBQ tray and BBQ until charred.

  7. Enjoy your delicious creation!
