Great Northern Spice Co is a husband-and-wife artisan spice business based in Cheshire. Our small-batch blends, flavoured sea salts, peppercorns and infused olive oils make it easy for home cooks, air-fryer heroes and BBQ kings to recreate bold world flavours at home - without a cupboard full of individual spices.
With 40+ handcrafted blends to choose from, creating quick, easy, authentic dishes is simple. In 2025 our Cape Malay Curry Blend won a Great Taste Award, and in January 2026 we were featured in Cheshire Life Magazine, recognising our commitment to quality UK food production.

THE SPICE JOURNEY SO FAR...
Great Northern Spice Co was founded Paul who began a small business in our own Cheshire kitchen. Lotty has type 1 diabetes and spent years trying to find spices that weren't packed with sugar. Paul started creating his own signature 'sugar-free' blends that were clean and packed with flavour.
Since launching at artisan markets in 2023, we've done over 130+ events, created an online shop, won a Great Taste Award and been featured in Cheshire Life Magazine in the 'Food Producers' section.
