Great Northern Spice Co. is an artisan spice company based in Cheshire, run by a husband-and-wife team. We craft small-batch spice blends, premium sea salts and infused olive oils, designed to make cooking effortless.
With over 40 handcrafted blends, our A–Z range brings authentic flavours from around the world to everyday meals. Simply season, rub, mix into dressings or create rich sauces and marinades — all from one jar.

The Spice Journey.
Everything we do is in-house, by husband-and-wife team Paul & Lotty. From blending and jarring to labelling, selling at markets, running our online shop and supplying wholesalers - we do it all.
When we say small-batch, we mean it.
No factory, no fancy machinery - just us, making every jar by hand and dating it as it’s made.
Since launching in 2023, we've attended over 150 events, built a thriving online store and engaged with local businesses to become stockists. We’ve been Cheshire Life Awards finalists twice for ‘Producer of the Year’, and our products have also won Great Taste Awards in 2025 & 2026.
