SOUVLAKI SEASONING
Paprika, Oregano, Thyme, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Salt.
I used it to create a mock chicken and roast vegetable tray bake, and the results were outstanding. The seasoning perfectly coated the mock chicken, infusing it with rich, aromatic flavours that made it taste incredibly savoury. The paprika added a lovely warmth, while the oregano and thyme brought that classic Mediterranean essence that I adore. The roasted vegetables also benefited from this blend; they caramelized beautifully and soaked up all the flavours, creating a delicious medley.
This souvlaki blend is fantastic. It really helps to create the authenticity when cooking Greek inspired food.
